A while ago, it was rumored to be for sale for 4 mil., I saw it listed for less than half of that and the most recent figure is 775k. My dad bought that 8.8 acre parcel back in 1966 for $26,000.00. Imagine that?Gailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09723785067384803499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1342325606450365558.post-3575823371889424212017-08-10T15:36:37.700-04:002017-08-10T15:36:37.700-04:00Mark, I just stumbled upon this post and wanted to...Mark, I just stumbled upon this post and wanted to tell you that I grew up on this property in Woodville. As far as I know, the current owners (since 1977)have never had this property up for sale. I do know that the small house just to the right of the property's drive way was for sale. When we were kids living here, we found many medicine bottles at the mill site. The house was formerly owned by a Dr. Francis Kenyon. Back in the early days, a woman doctor was nearly unheard of. I have a "mushroom basket" with her name stenciled on the handle. Just wanted to share that bit with you!Gailhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09723785067384803499noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1342325606450365558.post-17798745384915642952017-01-28T17:30:31.325-05:002017-01-28T17:30:31.325-05:00Just stumbled upon this - thank you!Just stumbled upon this - thank you!Martha Reynoldshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02816162715577111411noreply@blogger.com
